I really love cupcakes, I love the frosting/cake ratio is higher than if you were to have a slice of cake from a pan. I have encountered the problem before of messy eating and/or hard to transport if you wanted to eat it later. I saw this cool thing on The Homesteading Apartment, put it in one of those plastic cups that you see at weddings or showers. Put some plastic wrap around it and I love the stick with a cute thank you note attached.
I think I will try this out this week! Also as I'm thinking about it, this would be a much easier way to give my 2 year old cake, not so messy and crumbs galore everywhere.
